Celeste F. has been with McKinney Boot Camps since October 2009...she has missed only one class, due to business travel! Very committed to her health and fitness, and brings inspiration to other women at boot camp as well. She has lost a ton of weight and inches, toned her muscle and gets asked by friends that haven't seen her in a while to share what it is she's doing!!! After walking daily for 10 years, starting boot camp changed her body, and she is also proof that journaling your food works! I'm asked all the time: "what should I eat??" and I think about her food journal and how well her day looks in the food dept. She sent me her food journal entries for a day to share with all of you...thanks Celeste!

Protein shake made in blender with 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, 6 oz. Soy Slender choc. soy milk, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, and 1 tbsp ground flax seed.

9:30 am:
1 cup light yogurt mixed with 20 whole almonds
1 medium apple

12:30 pm:
1 Sabra hummus and pretzel single serving kit
1 pear
Diet soda (trainer would recommend water ;)
3:30 pm
1 Pure Protein bar (at Wal-Mart in pharmacy area with other protein bars)
12 fresh sugar snap peas
8 grape tomatoes

6:30 pm:
1 grilled chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
large salad with light balsamic vinag. dressing
Diet soda
1 no sugar added tapioca pudding
