Texas Fit Chicks Healthy Greek Salad Recipe

Delicious Greek Salad

2-3 cups baby spinich (pre-washed in the bag) - you could also use green leaf or romaine if you prefer
1 cucumber (chopped and seeds removed)
1 tomatoe on the vine
Red onion to taste (I use about 1/2 of a sm onion - but I love onion
1/3 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1 T olive oil (be sure to measure it - this is where calories can add up)
Lemon juice to taste

Combine olive oil and lemon juice seperately and then drizzle over salad....this is super healthy and delicious!
