Chunky Watermelon Salsa....

This sounds really yummy...and great for the hot days we're already having...




Chunky Watermelon Salsa

Ready in 10 minutes •

Makes 2 Servings

2 cups diced watermelon

1 cup peeled, diced cucumber

1/4 cup sliced green onions

2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro

2 tsp minced, seeded jalapeño pepper

Juice of 1 lime



Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
